This is how it went:-
Father: What do you think that night when I followed Atok back to Klang?
Daughter: I felt sad. I couldn't sleep the whole night and Kak Anis had to teman me. I was thinking about you all the time.
Father: I meant who's fault did you think it was? Mama or me?
Daughter: I don't know whose fault it was because I was so sad.
Father: What do you think of Atok?
Daugher: I think he's nice.
Father: Yeah, I think he's nice too.
Daughter: Why doesn't Mama like Atok?
Father: I don't think that Mama doesn't like Atok. I think it's a matter of expectations. Mama I think, expect certain things from Atok and when he doesn't do as expected, she gets annoyed with him.
Father: Does Mama expect anything from you?
Daughter: No
Father: I mean, does she expect you to study hard and do well in your exams?
Daughter:Yes.
Father: What if you don't do well?
Daugher: She gets angry.
Father: That's what happened with Atok. For instance she expects Atok to teach you mengaji but he gave up.....because you weren't interested in learning.
Daughter: I never did that!
Father: I know you did but that's not the point. You gave Tok Mak a hard time too. The only difference is that Tok Mak doesn't give up. But Atok did. That's why Mama gets annoyed with Atok.
Daughter: Ooh I see.
Father: But what do you think of him now.
Daughter: I still like him.
Father: Yeah I like him too. There are some good things about Atok and some bad things too. Mama doesn't know him as well as I do so he does not see him the way I do.

Theather Tun M
My wife wants to go watch the theater about Tun M's life.
I said he isn't dead yet. Why would anyone want to watch a play about someone when he is still alive.
She says it doesn't matter. Now that Erra is no longer playing the part of Hasmah, she wants to go and see the play.
Personally, I'd rather read a book.
